Grace is not your average fine dining restaurant. Named after Grace Murphy, grandmother of Executive Chef Angie Murphy, Grace is a new kind of intentional restaurant that prioritizes not only beautiful, seasonal, local food but also community, social responsibility, and industry fairness.
The Scene
Located on the ground floor of a yellow-bricked heritage building, Grace brings strong elements of modernity and sophistication to the old core of Downtown London. Two walls of full-height windows provide generous natural light by day and reflect the comforting interior at night. Revel in the inviting lounge area or the sophisticated dining room with plush booths and flowing artwork and watch the magic happen in the open kitchen. A private dining room for up to eight guests is also available by request.
Menu Highlights
Fundamentally, Grace is a restaurant about food made from fine ingredients, with artistry and a dedication to excellence. The Modern Canadian cuisine draws on classic French tradition and technique, infused with global influences. Honesty, integrity, community and connection are the values behind each plate. The menu changes frequently to showcase the freshest local ingredients.
Grace has an artfully crafted rotating 5-course prix fixe dinner menu. They also offer an à la carte menu. The prix fixe menu changes often as local ingredients come into season. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advanced notice. Sommelier-selected wine pairings are available upon request.
Grace also offers one of London’s most exciting and innovative beverage programs. Their extensive (70+ bottles and growing) wine list consists mostly of terroir-driven organic or biodynamic Old World wines, highlighting lesser known grapes, regions, and artisanal producers not found in the LCBO. There is always something new and exciting to sip on — Grace’s by-the-glass wine list changes weekly — that you won’t find elsewhere in town. Grace also has a great selection of Ontario craft beer and cider, and seasonal housecrafted cocktails.
