The Scene
While enjoying dinner, you can take in the beautiful sight of Sharpe’s Creek and the meticulously manicured gardens. After dinner, relax with drinks in the Jonathan’s Lounge beside the roaring fireplace. The lovingly-restored 19th-century Woollen Mill used to manufacture wool blankets in the early 1900s and is now home to 12 unique guest rooms. The River Mill, a former grist mill, overlooks the Maitland River and houses 21 rooms, an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna, as well as the Benmiller Spa, offering aesthetic and therapeutic treatments.
Menu Highlights
The Ivey Dining Room, a winner of the CAA Four Diamond Award, has garnered high praise from Toronto Life magazine. The culinary team is committed to providing an exceptional dining experience while still offering the comfort of a home-cooked meal. They use fresh, local ingredients to prepare in-house soups, sauces, dressings and desserts.
Brunch at the Inn is a seasonally-changing affair drawing inspiration from the farms of Huron County and their bounty.
