The first of its kind in Oxford County, Brickhouse Brewpub offers on-site brewing, a retail bottleshop and 25 taps of all independent Ontario craft beer featuring 13 taps of Upper Thames Brewing Company beer and 12 taps showcasing other craft breweries from around Ontario.
The Scene
Brickhouse Brewpub, an extension of Upper Thames Brewing Company, is set in a beautiful brick building formerly serving as a historic powerhouse for an old hospital. The Canadiana/Industrial motif with live-edge tables and bar offer a great spot to enjoy a meal and drink. Enjoy a serene ambiance on the beautiful pine-bordered patio, which overlooks Sally Creek Golf Course.
A full-kitchen offers a wide selection of upscale, beer-infused brewpub fare. Try the Brickhouse Burger — a fresh Prime Rib chuck patty with beer-braised onions, bacon jam, Gunn’s Hill cheese curds. and Timberbeast Brown Ale gravy on a soft brioche bun.
