Involved early on in the farm-to-table movement, Garlic’s uses Canadian farmers, and has formed strong relationships with local suppliers including Metzger’s Meats, Beverly Creek Farms, and Slegers Organic Greens. As a staple within the community, they also maintain local partnerships with The Grand Theatre, Patrick’s Beans, London Brewing, and Anderson Craft Ales, among others. Garlic’s of London takes pride in keeping these relationships alive in order to strengthen London’s cultural hub.
