The kitchen is the hub of the restaurant. All meals are scratch-made by the dedicated culinary brigade. Traditional recipes are at the heart of the menu with occasional nods to global and modern influences and sensitivities.
The antipasti menu offers plenty of choices including the Chef’s selection of cured meats and local cheeses. Other recommendations include:
- Pear Salad with field greens, red peppers, premium blue cheese, candied pecans, fresh pear slices, and Champagne vinaigrette;
- Hand-made, thin crust pizzas with classics such as the San Michelle, with pesto, garlic, sliced tomatoes, grilled chicken spinach, goat cheese and mozzarella;
