A craftsman operation, Wolfhead Distillery incorporates distinct limestone-treated water from the Amherstburg Quarry, producing unique flavours of Whisky, Vodka and Gin that push the boundaries of Canadian Spirits.

The Scene

Wolfhead Distillery is a hidden gem in Essex County. Surrounded by barrels, you’ll be invited into a rustic and charming restaurant, featuring a wildly delicious roadhouse menu with locally sourced ingredients and infused spirits. Recommendations include the Garlic Fried Linguini — fresh mushrooms, green olives, banana peppers, garlic, Vodka, parmesan, feta and green olives (gluten free available). Or try the Maple Bacon Burger — an 8 oz handmade burger topped with cheddar & bacon and finished with Giffin’s Whisky Barrel Aged Maple Syrup and Wolfhead Whisky BBQ Sauce.

A spacious seasonal patio welcomes guests, with local entertainment on weekends and an inviting retail store with Wolfhead products and a selection of apparel and gifts. Wolfhead Distillery features small batch, double barrel Premium Craft Whisky, Vodka and more. Popular flavoured spirits include Coffee Whisky Liqueur, Grapefruit Vodka and Banana Caramel Vodka. Must-tries are the Grapefruit Vodka Cosmo & Essex County Mule. Wolfhead Premium Spirits can be found in select LCBOs in Ontario, Michigan or at the Distillery.
